Hahn & Sohn C165 diesel generator

C165 is a diesel generator for industrial operations, construction sites, and backup power applications where three-phase 400 V / 50 Hz power is required (the alternator is designed for 230/400 V). The Cummins 6BTAA5.9-G12 engine has 6 cylinders and a displacement of 5.9 l, is turbocharged with charge air cooling, and runs at a rated speed of 1,500 rpm. Engine speed is controlled by an electronic governor.

• The electrical section consists of a single-bearing Stamford UCI274F alternator with brushless self-excitation, IP 23 protection, class H insulation, and voltage regulation accuracy of ±0.5%. The alternator has 12 leads.
• Control is provided by the ComAp InteliLite 4 AMF25 with a 7-digit display, integrated speed governor and AVR. The controller monitors generator output (kW, kVA), protects against overload, monitors start failure, and enables emergency shutdown.
• Diesel fuel is filled into the 275 l tank integrated into the frame. Fuel consumption at continuous output is 34 l/h at 100%, 26 l/h at 75%, 17 l/h at 50%, and 10 l/h at 25% load. Based on the tank capacity, the operating time is approximately 8.1 hours at 100% load. The machine is equipped with a fuel filter, oil filter, and air filter, main circuit breaker, and exhaust system with silencer (exhaust pipe diameter 75 mm).
• Directly on the machine are four industrial three-phase sockets mounted on a common rail and labelled L1-L4. The switchboard contains a main CHINT 250 A four-pole circuit breaker with leakage current protection and a set of circuit breakers for the individual outputs. The control panel is located behind a transparent window, and the enclosure is fitted with an emergency stop button. Diesel fuel is filled through a filler neck on the side of the enclosure. The enclosure is secured with locks, and the engine compartment is accessible from both sides. The base frame has forklift pockets.
