If your product is not functioning correctly or a problem has occurred during normal use, you can easily submit a claim using the form below.

Please prepare the following before submitting:

  • the model and serial number of the product,

  • a description of the defect,

  • photos or a video (if possible),

  • proof of purchase.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the case and inform you of the next steps.
