Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods, or
• in the case of a contract for multiple items – on which you or a third party designated by you take possession of the last delivered item.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

We will make the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• goods customised according to your specifications,
• goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods,
• goods that are perishable,
• audio/video recordings or software with a broken original seal,
• services provided in full with your prior consent before the withdrawal period has expired.
