1. Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of goods on the website hahn-sohn.eu, operated by Hahn & Sohn or its official distribution entity specified in the order.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Order and Contract Formation

An order constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is formed at the moment the seller confirms the order.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or modify the order in the following cases:

• product unavailability,

• technical pricing error,

• suspected system misuse.

Information about products and prices listed on the website is binding at the time of ordering.

3. Payment

You can pay using the methods available during checkout, such as:

• other payment methods listed on the website.

Goods are dispatched after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery of Goods

Goods are delivered via partner shipping services to countries listed on the website.

Delivery time depends on product availability, destination country, and carrier.

The risk of damage passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods from the carrier.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The seller will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.

Withdrawal is not possible for:

• custom-made goods,

• goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons,

• perishable goods.

6. Warranty and Liability for Defects

Goods are covered by warranty and liability for defects under EU Directive 2019/771.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

7. Service

Post-warranty service and technical support are provided by the authorized Hahn & Sohn service network.

9. Dispute Resolution

Consumers have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution through the relevant consumer protection authority in their country.
