This page provides an overview of the available delivery options and payment methods for customers in all EU countries where we operate.

Shipping

Your orders are delivered through trusted carriers. The type of transport is selected based on the size and weight of the shipment.

Available Carriers

  • DPD – parcel delivery for small and medium-sized shipments
  • Geis Cargo – pallet and oversized transport

Delivery Time

  • Czech Republic and Slovakia: usually 1–3 business days
  • Other EU countries: usually 2–6 business days

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the cart based on the delivery country, shipment weight, and selected carrier. You will always see the final shipping price before completing your order.

Shipment Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a shipment tracking link.

Payment

We offer secure and convenient payment methods. Available payment options may vary depending on the delivery country.

  • Bank Transfer – prepayment to our bank account
  • PayPal – fast and secure online payment

Invoicing

An invoice is generated automatically after the order is shipped.

For business customers within the EU, it is possible to issue an invoice under the reverse charge scheme if a valid VAT ID is verified in the VIES system.

Damage During Transport

If your shipment arrives damaged, please report it as soon as possible using the Report Damage form in the Claims section. We will help you resolve the issue quickly.
