The goal of the project is the digitalization and integration of company processes through an ERP system, including warehouse management and e-commerce integration.

We have a new ERP! We chose Helios iNuvio from Coalios

After thorough preparation, we are transitioning to a new ERP system – Helios iNuvio, which will help us unify company processes, improve operational clarity, and better respond to growing demands.

Our previous solution based on Money S3 and Shoptet add-ons was no longer meeting our needs. The new system brings comprehensive company management, including WMS, which will significantly improve warehouse operations and logistics.

The selection process was conducted with the expert guidance of the team from Viavis, to whom we extend our thanks for their excellent cooperation. From several strong candidates, we chose the company Coalios, which stood out not only for its technical expertise but also for its deep understanding of the e-commerce environment and its experience with Shoptet integration.

From the very beginning, Coalios has proven to be a reliable and accommodating partner that approaches the project professionally, transparently, and with a strong focus on real user needs. Their approach confirms to us that we have chosen the right direction.

The implementation of the system is progressing successfully and will soon be fully operational. We believe that the new system will not only bring greater efficiency but also provide a solid foundation for further growth and development of the company.
