• The generator allows operation at 230 V (single-phase) as well as 400 V (three-phase). This makes it suitable both for sensitive single-phase appliances and for three-phase machines, technologies, or entire facilities.

Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) – How It Works in Practice

Hahn & Sohn ATS 12 kW / 25 A - indoor

The automatic transfer switch (ATS) is used to automatically start the generator in the event of a power failure, thus ensuring an uninterrupted power supply to selected circuits. As soon as the power supply from the grid is restored, the generator switches off automatically and the power supply switches back to the distribution network.

Thanks to this function, the generator acts as a reliable backup source without the need to manually switch anything on or off.

⚠️ Important note: The ATS switch is not included with the generator and must be purchased separately.

Notice

The product is supplied without engine oil and diesel fuel.

Before start-up, add SAE 10W-30 oil and diesel fuel according to EN 590.

First oil change after 50 operating hours, then every 100 hours.

Always check the oil and fuel level before use.
